OLRFC Rugby4Heroes 2014 goes green with Green Goblets!!

This year we have introduced a new recyclable pint pot system to OLRFC Rugby4Heroes Fest !

With the kind support of Church Farm Brewery  http://www.churchfarmbrewery.co.uk as our ‘glass’ sponsors, we have worked with Green Goblets Ltd http://www.green-goblet.com  to produce our very own Festival reusable pint! It also takes half pints too – cool hey!

These brightly coloured chaps can be bought on your first visit to the Festival real ale bar over the weekend. Just hand over a £2 fully refundable deposit to one of our lovely bar staff, and they will give you a token and pour you a pint of foaming ale in one of our Green Goblets! And then they will give you a fresh one when you return for more!

You can then return your glass and token at the end of the night or weekend, and get a refund of your deposit, or you can take your glass home for just the price of your £2 deposit. All clear?

Church Farm Brewery will have three of their amazing beers on offer this weekend at Rugby4Heroes, including the legendary Ren’s Pride http://www.churchfarmbrewery.co.uk/rens-pride.php , Harry’s Heifer and Brown’s Porter.

Can we also give big thanks to our Festival waste management partners Fortress http://www.fortressrecycling.com who have donated free of charge, a number of recycling bins and will be popping down regularly to help us keep The Crofts, home of Old Leamingtonians RFC, clean and tidy. JB Event Facilities Ltd http://www.jbeventfacilities.co.uk  have helped us out too with shiny festival showers and gleaming portaloos.
